Return Policy

I understand all purchases are refundable within 30 days based upon return of all course material received in resalable condition less shipping and handling (if applicable). I understand that in the event that I request a refund I will contact Neighborhood Solutions, Inc to receive a return authorization number. Once I am provided an RA number, I must return my materials in resalable condition to Neighborhood Solutions, Inc within 7 business days via trackable means. Neighborhood Solutions, Inc will not be held responsible for any lost packages. Returns received without a RA number or that are delivered after 7 business days may result in a delay of the refund process. I am aware I am limited to one product refund only. No Exceptions.

Shipping Policy

All products ordered will be shipped within 1 business day and will take 7-10 days for delivery to customer.

Cancellation Policy

Memberships or product orders should be cancelled in writing to support@dcfawcett.com and your request will be processed within 3 business days. A Full refund will be given for product orders and your membership will be cancelled immediately and no further recurring charges will occur.

I agree not to initiate a charge back with my credit card company without first attempting to cancel by contacting Neighborhood Solutions.

Recurring Memberships

Our Virtual Short Sale Investing Blueprint and DVD ($9.95 S&H) product includes a 30 day trial to our VIP coaching membership. It is free for the first 30 days and after the first 30 days, the membership renews at $97.00 every 30 days.

Duty to Read

I accept that under this agreement I have a duty to read this refund policy given to me and have done so. I attest to this duty and sign on the order form to execute this document. Furthermore, I understand and accept I am stopped from using lack of reading as a defense against all remedies so contained herein.
